The project aims to upgrade the facilities to maximize their efficiency. The intervention includes the integration of state-of-the-art lines for milk reception, filling, molding, and curing, fully aligned with Industry 4.0 principles. The objective is to automate processes and monitor all phases of production, centralizing information for agile sharing with various value chain managers. Alongside the digital transition, the project makes a strong commitment to energy efficiency and resource optimization.

AI - SMEs
This project aims to integrate Artificial Intelligence solutions into our cheese production unit to optimize processes, reduce waste, and boost international competitiveness. The implementation focuses on three vital areas. First, we will apply Computer Vision to the packaging and labeling lines, ensuring rigorous optical inspection and product integrity. Second, we will use Machine Learning for predictive maintenance of factory equipment, preventing unexpected downtime in high-volume processing. Third, predictive algorithms will optimize inventory management and response to demand in our B2B channel. AI will combine our regional tradition with maximum industrial and commercial efficiency.
